How to unlock and change the password? (There is no key in the backpack)

TSA certified lock, also known as Customs lock, is designed for easy inspection by customs inspectors. Only customs inspectors have the key.

1. Modulation password: The default password is "000."
2. Open the main compartment: Swipe down (right) the TSA keyhole slider.
3. Open the laptop compartment: Swipe up (left) the TSA keyhole slider.
4. Change password: Use a pen to press the reset button. After setting a new password, swipe up (left) the keyhole slider. When the reset button pops up, the password has been successfully changed. (There is a video on how to change your password on the details page).

It can be difficult to reset if you forget your new password. We recommend setting a simple and easy-to-remember password to avoid forgetting it.
